Not all jobs in the military require you to kill someone. You can be a paramedic and help injured soliders, civilians that need aid or even enemy combatants (can't sink to their level, should show some compassion) and you can even help in the National Guard providing relief to victims of national disasters. The military for the most part does have a glamorous gun totting lifestyle but it doesn't always have to be that way. Everyone person should know all their right and be (mentally) critically when going to join the military, but they should not badmouth everyone that is a part of the military, that just isn't fair.

Who fed you this b.s.? I've been to combat twice and I'm still alive. And if I do die, I'll do it for dumb (_!_) like you and everyone else so you can keep asking dumb questions like that. Do some research and stop bashing on the military or the recruiters until you get your facts straight.

What the hell are you talking about? Im in the military and I didnt die because of it. My father is recently 20 yrs retired, still alive. Grandfather 20 years retired, still alive. Brother, serving still alive. Sisters serving, still alive. Cousins serving, still alive.
Did you know you can die from any job....even if you just sit behind a desk staring at a comp. screen all day.

This is BS not everyone who joins the military dies from it. The military is a great way to earn money while continuing your civilian education.

Kwitcherbellyakin! If you don't want to serve, don't, the military doesn't need your kind anyway. Just keep enjoying the cushy life the military protects and shut yer yap.

Pu##ies will never be heroes. Richard is a lying sack of monkey puke and claims to have been a 20 year corrections officer. If he was a co, being around loser douche bags has rubbed off on him.

first of all, this is not a question, it's an ignorrant statment. it's dumb people like you that join the military and cry the whole time because you think your joining the boy scouts. don't tell other people what to do with their life. the military is not for everyone, especially you.
