I met him at a mall which he works in.He always gives me eye-contact but he never really talked to me.However when i try to ask him something about anything in the mall,he repeat what i say
me:this is nice
he says:nice (in questioning way like he wants me to say why)
what does it mean? i think he's shy,am i right?

he must be nervous and shy. when your nervous its hard to talk to girls.

Yes - Scared and Shy....
Ask himn if he gets a dinner break - or ask him what time he is off work - something easy like get a Coke or some pizza.

i don't think he really knows you well enough, kinda like he doesn't know what to say when he is around you.
