I don't know but since this isn't mentioned in the Quran then probably not. If someone you love dies then why wouldn't you go to their funeral? I would.

There is nothing wrong for a girl visiting the graveyard. It's not haram. There's nothing wrong.
In fact, little one, is good thing for us to visit for it reminds us that we are subject to same end like so many others before us.
"All soul shall have a taste of death." Al-Quran.
In fact, The porphet(pbuh) teach us, when we go visiting to our family graveyards, before we enter the compound, we pray,
"Assalaamu'alaikum ya Ahlil Kubr (peace be upon you, oh resident of the grave. Insha'allah, soon we shall follow you.)"
Its not something scary or evil in that tought. Its true nonetheless, for we all will die some day.

I don't think it is haram. There is no direct evidence. Prophet's daughter did go to the graveyard when she was looking for him at least once.
If it was haram, Prophet would have told her not to come or go back. He never did.
