NEVER. I would move out of the country rather than have something that could cause cancer put under my skin. If they did it by force, I would carve a huge hunk of my arm off to remove it myself. This is a paranoid government watchdog group, there is no legal way the congress or any branch of the government can require tracking devices place in or on citizens without cause, it's unconstitutional, and even the most conservative supreme court justice would overturn it.

This is unlikely to happen in the near future. The American public is (hopefully) too smart to get tricked into doing it.

If it did happen, this would be my final straw here in the US. I'd immediately move myself and my family to another nation. There is no way I'm going to let them insert a microchip in me so we can all become a Big Brother society.

To stop it from happening, I'd say speak to your congress person. But I think most people will voluntarily go for it, for their own safety. Think of how many missing persons there are! That would come to a sudden end, wouldn't it!
