Well, yes i think he's a pervert. But, you can't really blame him... all my guy friends, especially my best friend, are perverts. And most of them are like 13 and above! Trust me, it'll blow over, and you'll forget all about it. Though, don't take it seriously, cuz you don't even have a CLUE how much trouble you would be in. As in your friend will be like: Your such a loser. Can't you understand where i'm coming from?" Also, it's ok that he's 14 and your 13. First off how old is the person you are talking with? I think that is a lot of if he is a perv or not. If he is older then there is a good possibility that he is a perv.
You sound like you were having an innocent conversation with a friend and he took it to a place that made you uncomfortable. You need to let him know it made you uncomfortable. I don't think you are really worried about the fact if he is a perv or not I think you feel violated in a way that he brought this up. It is okay. You are allowed to feel this way.

Well its time you knew, that YES guys do look at girls breasts.
How old is the guy. If he is older than 13, run away as fast as possible. Like if he's 18 or something sick like that, which he sounds like he might be.
Oh, If he's 14 and you are large for your age, then he is not a pervert, but he is a little bit crude, that is for sure. Tell him he better learn how to talk to a lady, and fast!!!!

No, he's only 14. I think he's acting like most teenage boys do. I think that he was being honest because he was your friend. If he was older I might call him a pervert though. He could have said something alot worse then "You can't help but notice." He could have said "Yeah, I stare at them all the time". I know it feels creepy but I'd ignore it for now.

No. It's called being a teenage boy.
If it makes you feel uncomfortable, ask him to stop. If he doesn't stop, THEN he's a pervert. Until then, he's merely being an awkward teenager.
How does he treat you in real life? Is he kind and respectful, or does he try to grope you? The latter is bad.

depends on if you are post puberty or pre puberty!
Adults that are attracted to postpubescent teenagers

I would say yes... if you mentioned how old the guy is that would've helped.. if he is a lot older than he definately is a pervert since he should understand that you are a young girl. At least he was honest.

So if i were you, I would stay away from this guy. Unfortunately he is a perv, so i would probably stay far away from him. I would block him. That is terrible that this guy thinks this sick way. Just being a guy really, not a perv. If you do indeed have good sized knockers for your age then they are pretty difficult to not notice. I have big boobs too so I know how that goes.
