Got my green card but they've added my husband's last name. Is this normal? None of my doc. had his name on it

They do make mistake. If none of your application has your husband's last name, and you would like to change, you can make an appointment to replace the card with the correct name. Reorder of card takes time.

If you don't use his name, make an infopass appointment and explain, they should be able to change your card as it was their mistake.
It could be worse, I know of one guy whose green card stated he was female.

It should have been issued EXACTLY the same way you filled out the application.
