at your bodyweight you don't need that much protein, 60 grams is a lot. technically you only need 1 gram per pound of lean body mass that you have.

take 1 scoop before training and another scoop immediately after training with some carbs, doesn't matter if they are liquid (juice, etc.) or solids like rice, fruit, etc.

Yes 60g is too much. I'd say only consume 30g at most. 60g will put a lot of stress on your lever.
15 mins is good enough.
However, may I suggest to you an isolated protein shake?
Do this:
make a shake with 30g of pure isolated protein, add 30 grams of dextrose (pure sugar, not processed, most stores that sell wine making stuff have them) and a juice box with about 25g of sugar. That will increase insulin in your blood and cause weight gain. and it's a lot cheaper than a weight gainer, per gram of protein.

I was told that more than 2mg/kg body weight /day is too much at the gym. 150lbs is about 70kg, so no more than 140g a day. Otherwise it's pointless.
