Ok. Well my mom's boyfriend's family member was just recently diagnosed with Cancer. The problem is, is that he is an illegal immigrant so he has no social security. Is there any way that he can get treated?? Is there any programs/businesses, websites, numbers we can get in contact with to help him out??

much of this depends on what state he lives in, and what county. I was unbelievably lucky, living in a county that had a program for homeless people, all those many years ago. I would have been dead long ago if it hadn't been for the Babcock foundation.

get him back to mexico. That may sound bad, but consider this.
If an american were in mexico illegally, the mexican government wouldn't let us use their schools, they wouldn't give us government assistance with food or health care, and you would be thrown in jail in a hurry.
That is what should be happening here, but our government for some odd reason seems to not have the will to enforce the laws that are allready on the books.
Mexico gives nothing to people who are in the country illegally, that is the way it ought to be here. Mexico is right for doing that. It is immoral to invade another country and expect them to give you stuff.
GO HOME MEXICO.

A hospital cannot turn him away for medical care. He should go to a county hospital where they also have a large outpatient treatment program in addition to the inpatient.

I don't know of any, but sometimes there are hospitals with programs within that might be able to help.

If nothing else, talk to a lawyer (immigration) who might be able to expedite getting him naturalized so he will be eligible for medical aid.

Good luck.

In the U.S., hospitals cannot, by law, turn anyone away. Apparently, Human Services offices are providing Medicaid for people, regardless of their citizenship. This includes medical care.
