If you are to use banannas, you must do banannas foster.

Half two banannas
Melt 2TB of butter and 1/4 C brown sugar in a heavy saucepan. Cook the banannas in the pan over medium high heat. Turn once carefully. When hot and brown turn off the flame add 1/4 C room temp rum Turn on the flame and ignite the rum (be careful) When the flame dies serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Once you master that you can experiment with the mango- same technique.

Cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Mix in the mashed bananas. Add the flour mixture, and stir until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Well the obvious would be banana cream pie, but perhaps you could whip up a Banana's Foster, or banana bread with or without chocolate chips, or a rustic banana berry tart, or banana milkshakes, or smoothies, the list goes on.

I have to say...very frequently I buy a bunch of bananas and then not get the chance to eat them in time before they start turning too ripe....and hate to waste them...

One day I found this incredible banana crumb muffin recipe online (I attached the website below) and I have to say this is the best best best banana muffin recipe I have EVER made...the crumb mixture on top makes it! You will not be disappointed!!!

You could do frozen bananas. Roll them in melted chocolate, dip them in chopped nuts, wrap them in waxed paper and freeze.
