If God is omnibenevolent, why does He leave the bad in the world?
If God is omniscient, why does he ignore the bad in the world?

Why does it hurt a woman so much to bring a child into the world? There is so much pain, followed by so much Joy. Would the Joy be as great if they babys just slipped out and only took 1 day from conception to birth?
I don't think that God "does" bad things, I think that we do bad things as a society. If God went around fixing every little thing we did that threw harmony out of wack, we would never know or learn right from wrong and thus could never really be in true harmony.
One thing I do know is that when you can find the positive side to negative things, it is like a peek into the grand design....Somewhat of a butterfly effect. Is Death bad or does it make us realize how important and short Life is?
Someone innocent gets killed by a drunk driver and 10 of his/her friends quit drinking and driving. Is one life an even trade for 10 potential lost lives? If you ask the family of the the person killed, the answers likely to be no. Ask the family of one of the 10 who saved their future lives, the answer is maybe or probably.
There's not enough time to answer the question here, but I thought the same thing at one time. The answers are out there and I'm sorry I may not be the person to best deliver the right answer to you, but a helpful book that gives some Very good answers to this question was written by an Atheist turned Christian who had the same concerns.

the world you talking about is never complete withod bad or good.without sorrows or happiness.without light or dark .the creation is made of good and bad.thats why GOD IS PERFECT.

All evil will be remedied in His time. If God eradicated all the evil in the world He would of necessity have to make us all robots subservient to Him with no choices, and He doesn't desire to be worshipped by robots.

it is very hard for the human mind to comprehend somethingas powerful as god. Too many questions that need to be answers. Hey he gave us the choice to do good for the world he gave us! how stupid are humans!? he gave us this hugeeeeee planet and we ****ed it up.. No help now. this is our problem

God let's us choose.
And, they chose to do bad.
That's like me giving you a choice between two colors you want to paint your room. Either blue or pink. You say blue but then I say "No! Do pink." It doesn't make sense because I gave you a choice. And, if it was your choice, I wouldn't change it.
Same thing with God.

he came to earth and gave to us everything we would ever need to fight the evil in the world. What does he have to do more? He has enabled us to do his work. why dont you stand up and fight for justice?
