i got mad at my boyfriend , was i wrong?
we had planned a date last week and he apparrently had a office party on th same day that he said he didnt know of. so whatever, i told him he could go to his office party and if he wants he can crush at my place later on and so he said we def will.. on that day he showed up at my place at 1 am ,fully drunk.....
whatever, office party , christmass time , bonuses he is happy so i didnt get mad........
now , about a week later i find out this picture from the party , where he is drunk as *** , hugging some girl on a camera.... no one else is in the pic, but u can see a big crowed of ppl behind him and the pic says " best holiday party at work ever"
i got so mad, first he ruined our date, than he showed up at 1 , he made me stay late and wait for him because he said he will def will come and now i find out that while i was sitting at home waiting for him he was drunk taking pics with a girl
am i wrong???

You're not wrong for being jealous, but you shouldn't get mad at him until you talk to him about it.

I honestly believe that you are in the wrong and blew it out of proportion. Jealously is simply a form of insecurity. And I think that you only got mad, not because he went to a party, or that he was drunk, or that he had a great time... but simply at the fact he was in a picture with another female. Why exactly are you the way you are? If the relationship between the two of you is something special then you should trust your man and be understanding. Good luck. And, yes, I think that even if this is the first time, jealously can lead to something more... so be careful!

actually, I'm going on the other side and telling you that you are wrong - and this just comes from being older and having more life experience probably.
Pictures get taken at office parties,or any party really.... there are people of both sexes at his office - it probably was a lot of fun...so what?
Point is. regardless if he was flat out drunk or not, where did he end up at the end of the night? Yep, with you...so where, really, is the problem?
You have to choose your battles hun, and this isn't one of them. He didn't "ruin" your date, he had the party he needed to go to - and you gave him the green light to do so - you can't get mad at him after the fact just because he had a good time.

You are wrong to be jealous that you weren't invited to an office party. Many companies that throw parties for employees do not permit extra guests. I think you would be right, however, to be mad at him for getting out of control and acting like an inconsiderate idiot.

NO you are not wrong for being mad but i wouldn't be jealous. That is what happens to you when you are drunk. Just talk to him and let him know what he did and hopefully he will feel sorry

No, you are definately normal by being mad. Just ask him about it, then if he gets defensive right away, that's a bad sign. Trust me, I've learned from experience. Any other questions, just e-mail me.

People act silly when they are drunk. Don't get too uptight over this episode. At least he showed up that night in your house and not hers.

your boyfriend really pissed you off by hugging that girl eh? maybe he's just drunk thats all and he didn't know what he was doing, surely now he feels like sh*t
why not trying to understand what he's feeling like now, if he's guilty like **** (kind of pissed too) and keep trying to apologise then you know he didn't mean it but...

it couldve been an associate u dont know all the details that should not be a reason to be mad & idk about the meeting thing but i would've took ma *** 2 sleep
