for more info i was just released from the hospital they did stool sample ct scan 2 of them were clear. had to return to er wbc went back up to 16.5 pain was present. they never mentioned anything about my appendix or gall bladder only thing was said was by one of the nurses that they could not beleive they were releasing me home with a elevated white count that high is that really that high i dont know im just missrable is all i know

I am concerned about the high white count. With having abdominal pain and an elevated wbc I would think of appendicitis primarily. You don't want to fool around with that especially if it ruptures. Is there another Dr. you could see?? Perhaps you would get further by switching hospitals if that is an option.
Good luck and don't let this pain go untreated and undiagnosed.

Should have done more test. I hope you have a primary care physician that you can call right now to talk to about your elevated WBC. Best of luck. Something is going on. Didn't they at least give you an antibiotic?
