try to look at a far away objects, such as trees, clouds anything that's could take your mind off of your nausea.... try not to read while you're on a trip, i always did and end up with a nausea for the rest of the trip, even if i only read for a few minutes..... or you can try eating a candy, that usually helps me.... but if all that prevails, you may want to consider taking medicines to overcome your motion sickness.....

It sounds like motion sickness. The problem is that your eyes aren't seeing the same thing that your inner ear is feeling. This causes a disconnect in your brain, which tells your body that something is wrong.
Usually, you can solve this (at least temporarily) by watching where you're going. That will allow your eyes to send a signal to your brain that matches the signal that your inner ear is feeling.
If you have a long trip to take, and know that you won't be able to see the road ahead, you can get over-the-counter motion sickness medications. When I was diagnosed with vertigo (that causes the same problem, but while sitting still), they prescribed Meclizine, which goes by the brand name Bonine. The generic version is much less expensive than the brand name, and has been quite effective for me.

Motion sickness. I get this sometimes, too, when traveling so I would take ginger snaps, ginger ale or the capsules with me in case, to settle my stomach. Also, when you travel, take with you whole-grain crackers or olives, they help ward off the nausea. Peppermint tea is also good to calm the stomach. If you don't have any of the above with you then you can, rub or press your wrist ( about three fingers' width) from the line that separates the hand from the arm, could help when you start to feel sick. Avoid reading while you travel, too.
They say that ginger is more effective than Dramamine without the side effects.

Sounds like motion sickness. There's an over the counter pill called Dramamine that will help, but it may make you a little drowsy at first so be careful if you're doing the driving.

One simple way to reduce this is to close your eyes while the car or bus is in motion, whenever you start to feel woozy.
