Brother.
Know that what you face is not unique and you did right by coming to us, your brothers and sisters for guidance. We should help each other.
One thing that really help you strengthening your faith is by reading the Holy Quran. Understand well the meaning thereof, and all that time remember well that Allah is hearing every single thoughts and know every single whisper in your soul. Communicate with Allah through dzkir and prayers.
Seek the time a couple hours before Fajr, before dawn, and pray to Him.
This is what I will do, everytime I'm felt I'm weakening in Faith.
Insha'allah. You will feel tranquility and peace in your soul.
And another thing, keep your prayers time. Especially the Fajr prayers. That will help tremendously.

Assalam walaykum!
Don't worry! Allah always forgives.
When you do your prayers its best of you read any surah that you know like surah fahtiya (halhamdo sharif). Its best to read that or another surah from the quran instead of just reading bismilah. Your not straying what is actually happening is that deep in your heart you know your wrong somewhere but your trying to avoid it. The only way to avoid it is by buy a book that shows you how to offer pray. Each time you think your straying read darood sharif. Even if you read it out a little loud its ok!
It brings out the best in you!
Good luck!

salam alykum,
I hope insha'allah that this gets better the only thing that I can really suggest is listen to Qur'an and maybe something that talks about the torment in the grave and in the hell fire to wake you up in to fear Allah on what can happen if you don't straighten up.
an remember when you pray its what keeps the bond between you and Allah don't lose that bond.
here is somethings that I heard in a lecture from a shiekh hope the words can help there some hadiths.
If you don't prufiy your soul, then you become worse then animals.
There is a piece of flesh in your chest that when it is corrupted then the whole body is corrupted. And if is clean and pure then the whole body's clean and pure, the piece of flesh is the heart.
And always remember the heart is obedient to the one they loves.

Asalam Alaykum ,
This is normal and we are all human and yes we all go through times like this. When I feel to lazy to do these things I keep telling myself this is only shaytan whispering to me and making me lazy. He is doing that to you as well and thats why you do not feel the pain that you once did. But when you die shaytan will say sorry its all on you and you will have to pay. I always try to remind myself of this. I am sure if you FORCE yourself to do these things again for just a week it will all come back to you very natural inshAllah. Do not let shaytan win.

sounds like your faith is weakening little by little and you may not even realize it. Try to make Islam "fun and exciting." You may get bored of repetitiveness, so try going to the mosque and listening to lectures. Join Islamic youth groups. Talk to friends about religious issues and topics. Sign up for a quran class.

what do your brothers and sisters have to do anything with the problem
anyway, read the Quran, think of the great things that will happen to you if you do all the religious things, it worked for me, think of the luxirious things that happen to you if you work on it.
i know how you feel, the same thing happened to me
its probably normal, because many times when kids get older, they start hearing cool things like abercrombie and soulja boy, so they get more attracted to that and don't pay attention to religion as much, trust me it's not just you

That is usually when you distance yourself from the gathering of the righteous. When you surround yourself in their company, then you maintain and even grow in that zeal.
You're lucky that you caught yourself before you fell; try to visit as many scholars as you can. They keep you in check. Not only that, create for yourself a regimen of ibadaat, that will keep your spiritual battery alive for much longer. Either it is due to the lack of the regimen, or due to the weight of sins. If you want I can try to help you with some links, e-mail me if you want to know.

Why would you want to worship a god that you have to fear?? If you worship, believe and pray it should be because that is your faith.. it should give you joy...
