Tie up your running shoes and go. Don't try to carry all of your groceries in at one time, only carry 2 bags at a time (more walking AND lifting). While Christmas shopping, park as FAR away as you can and walk to the stores at a fast pace(make sure you are walking with someone). Always take the stairs, even when you are carrying things. Run up and down the stairs during lunch. If you watch TV, for every commercial break, do 20 sit-ups, 20 push ups, and 20 squats (this REALLY worked for me).

Good Luck,
C-ya

Being your age, it is extremely convenient to devour the unsuitable matters, junk meals, rapid meals, soda, goodies and candies. A well undertaking and diet regime is a well location to begin. Hope this is helping.

Walk at least 1/2 an hour a day; swing your arms widely.
Lift weights such as small dumb-bells, or use elastic bands.
You can work these into your regular daily routine.

How about getting a pedometer? A good healthy goal is 10,000 steps daily. Walking is the best exercise.

I'd suggest running. Always good cardio.

Make sure you get good shoes though.

Shovel snow. Better yet, shovel snow and get people to pay you to do it.
