No, obviously. Don't use expired products. A can of broth costs less than a dollar; taking risks with expired food is foolish and irresponsible.

It depends on how long it's been expired. A couple of months would probably be OK, but I would just toss it to be safe.

unless the can has deformed, which virtually never happens with modern canning plants, it will be safe to eat - the taste can change, but I doubt you would notice it w/ broth unless it's years old. Canned stuff is pressure cooked then hermatically sealed while sterile so has an almost indefinite "safe" shelf life.

if can has expanded out i wouldn't or damaged. one rule of thumb with food if you question it throw it out.
