The "good" cholesterol is too low. We are not vegans but eat minimal red meat. We live on chicken and turkey. She does need to increase her exercise. I had to work today and was unable to go with her to the doctor. Hate that!

that means that she needs more red meat.. fatty foods in her diet.. fish.. essential oils.. maybe try a supplement to help for now.. did they give you a diet... or suggest a nutritionist .. or reason that might have caused this..

then one question.. are you vegan.. some vegan's dont consume enough soluble fats to be beneficial.

Is it the good or bad cholesterol level that is low? you do need a healthy dose of cholesterol (yes there is such a thing) for some of internal organs to work properly.

Was it low or that her good cholestrerol wasnt high enough? Mine was my good cholesterol wasnt high enough, lack of exercise was the cause.
