Jesus Christ might have known, but that dosnt mean Judas couldnt have changed his mind. The Romans told Judas that they would give him gold coins (money) for giving up Jesus Christ. Even at the last supper, while he knew the plan to give Jesus Christ up for the money, he could at anytime during that supper, changed his mind and said well im not going to give up the son of God for money. Because it is wrong. He knew what was going to happen to Jesus Christ to if he gave him up. Jesus Christ was tortured by the romans. So yes Judas is a Traitor, betrayor and a coward. He stabbed Jesus Christ in the back so to speak. And no Judas wasnt a scapegoat. Look at what the son of God had to go through because of that traitor. Remember he was tortured. Even though he died for us, he wasnt suppose to end his life like that.

First, you're assuming that a e book written about one hundred years after the events and that has been for this reason altered is an precise representation of heritage. it isn't. this is in basic terms a tale, the characters do even if the author needs them to. Judas 'betrays' Jesus because some out of context passage contained in the OT says he will, and the Christians can upload one better messianic 'prophecy' that has been fulfilled. For a diverse tale inspect the Gospel in accordance to Judas. A gnostic gospel that the church declared heresy really because they did not like it. It will advance your properly element. Jesus ought to die on the palms of the authorities so as that his human blood sacrifice can wash away our sins (do not ask why an omnipotent deity can not basically wash them away with no human sacrifice.) So Jesus instructions Judas to betray him to the Romans. yet this is basically yet another tale written lengthy after the time that those events were meant to ensue.

According to John 6:64 Jesus knew for certain that Judas would betray Him. Judas was no scapegoat, Christ was our scapegoat.

He knew
John 6:71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.
John 13:2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
John 13:26 Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.

Jesus, being deity, knew and knows everything, past present and future. Therefore, Jesus knew for a fact that Judas would betray him, and how and when.
At the last supper, he said, one of you will betray me.
They all asked him who but he would not say.
Judas soon left to betray him.

Yes He did.
Jesus did know that Judas would betray Him long beforehand: "For Jesus knew from the first who those were that did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him." (John 6:64 RSV). And, "Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?" He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was to betray Him." (John 6:70-71 RSV)

Well if you assume that Jesus was divine, then of course he already knew Judas was the one who would hand him over.
And if that is true, is it really fair to Judas to say he "betrayed" Jesus?
After all, if it weren't for Judas then Jesus' mission would not have been fulfilled. SOMEONE had to do the dirty work.
So if you ask me, Judas gets a raw deal. Jesus knew what Judas was going to do and could have stopped him, but then Jesus' divine plan would not have come to fruition.
So Judas was an integral part of the plan and not a betrayer.

Yes, Jesus knew for sure, just as He knows which of us will ultimately accept Him as our Saviour. But, that doesn't mean He CAUSED Judas to do what he did. And, He doesn't MAKE people get saved. But, He does know what will happen.

Yes he did know..
It was in the plan
Though betray is not the best word. They all knew who Jesus was.. so there was no need to betray him. the soldiers knew the officials knew..
Judas was doing it in hopes of sparking a revolt that would over throw the Roman rule and the Jewish law.
Judas did not know, though, that was not the way it was going to be

Yes Jesus did know, and he knowingly used Judas as a scapegoat, the scripture of Judas was kept out of the bible so people would not learn the truth.
