When we were getting our marriage license in Vegas, you could tell some people were getting right away. Some brides wore short and some wore long dresses.

What do you want to wear. Hey, in Vegas, anything goes.

I always wanted the traditional wedding gown, my husband wanted to marry in Vegas, and so I wore a long gown. If I was marrying in a place I never thought I would, I at least wanted to do the things I had always wanted.

I got to pick the honeymoon location...ITALY!

Why on Earth would you do a civil court ceremony in Las Vegas when there are a TON of cheap chapels? It's VEGAS! Have fun with it. If you're going to do a court thing, just stay home.

I married at the Little Church of the West. Fun yet quaint little chapel.

Live it up. Don't get married in a court if you're marrying in Vegas.

I think you are confusing a civil ceremony with a couthouse ceremony.

A civil ceremony is a ceremony anywher outside of a church. So for a civil ceremony you can get married anywhere. and have as many guests as you'd like, and where what you like. You can have bridesmaids and groomsmen in full formal attire if you'd like.

In Vegas there are many venues to choose from and they all have package deals. Just about every hotel has a chapel, plus the many on the strip.

No but I wish I could. I dreamed of marrying in vegas and had finances allowed us to we would of been on a plane over to the US months ago to marry.
Good luck. My advice would be to dress how you always dreamed of dressing for your special day. You will regret it if you dont.
Good luck and congratulations
