There are a lot of fatigued or stressed people out there!
I've just searched for "Eye twitches" and Y!A reports it has been asked 1,465 times.

It's an annoying symptom of no great medical import.
It's often connected with tiredness or stress.

Apart from the accurate but usually useless advice to "Cultivate a more relaxed lifestyle", this propensity for a twitch or tic can be associated with marginally low potassium levels. Try drinking fresh tomato juice or, if that's unpalatable, bananas might be the next-preferred source.

This sounds crazy but when my eye starts twitching it means I need a vacation. It must be stress and physical exhaustion. But I did learn that thst is one way to know it's time to take time off.

It probably means that your overtired or stressed, or if you've been watching alot of tv or computer, that could also put strain on your eyes. Try going to bed early and catching up on some sleep. I know for me, that works 100% of the time.
