Alright, well, you need to get 'in' with the family. First, play Grand Theft Auto III and change your name to Tommy Versetti. Then you must get close to your grand uncle (the god father of the mob) then you must take him out, but make it look like it was your brother Tony. Once they are out of the way, make your rise and just hope you don't get wacked in your, bound to be short, but triumphant, reign over the Versetti Crime family.
