I wish there was a little more information but in any case if the dog is at a point where it is weak and only eats from your hand then its time to go to a vet. Its hard to tell whats wrong without knowing the age and prior vaccination/health history of the animal. With those two symptoms the possibilities are endless. So definitley your best bet is taking your pup to the vet immediately. Hope this helps.

what kind of dog do you have? if you have a small one you should give it some Karo syrup on your finger or even try to force feed. yo udo not want this dog to go in to hypoglycemia. If it still will not eat go to the vet asap. If it a large dog how many day or hours are we talking about if it has been along time take to vet if only for 1 meal no worries

Has something in your household changed? Has someone gone out of town? Or has she had too many treats? When our puppy was littler he wouldn't eat if daddy wasn't home...he loves his food too much to do that now ;) Good luck
