I think its a great idea for a gift, but you might call your local shelter and ask what they need, some shelters only feed certain brands of cat food and they might have more than enough toys. And may I suggest buying cat litter, as a cat owner I'm sure you know you can never have enough litter

Great idea, but check with a local shelter to find out what they need. At ours we feed specific foods and do not stray from those. Many shelter need paper towels, paper plates, bleach, laundry detergent, trash bags, baggies, stamps, tape, envelopes.....the list goes on and on.
Just call one you want to work with and ask!!!!!
* also some toys WE have to donate to other because we really cannot use toys that cannot be easily cleaned.

well I think it would. It really tells people that spoiled cats can give stuff too. Even think about taking your cat with you when you donate it. Seeing the donator will give them a sense of the heart your cat has for others!!!

I think that's an excellent idea!! I think you should do that, and then for your cat, get him/her a small gift like a little toy. My mom gives her pets christmas stockings every year ( lol I know, I was like huh? ) but I think eventhough they may not know what christmas is, they enjoy it just as much as we do!

Use apple bitter spray on the tree, you may get it at any puppy keep. as a techniques using fact the presents, get some tulle/small mesh fabric from the craft keep and drape it over the presents, tucking it below the presents so as that they could't climb below the cloth. Cats do in comparison to stuff that sticks to them so this could somewhat computer virus them and that they gained't % to get snarled. additionally you may get something enormously like pink or eco-friendly :) the different decision is aluminum foil yet some cats have eaten it and can get veeeeeerrry ill. additionally its no longer as enormously as tulle. stable success!
