Have some empathy: think of it this way. If you took a great photo and uploaded it to the internet via Flickr or a blog, would you appreciate someone else making money off of it through stock agencies? I sure wouldn't. On top of this moral set-back there are laws in most (if not all) countries that prevent other people from using your intelectual property for monetary gain; photos are intelectual property of the person that took the photo.

libraries dont buy pics, they sell them on your behalf
i dont think most of the online ones are a good deal for would be professional photographers
