No. It would take a draft to allow us enough troops to engage in war with another country. There is no way that Congress will allow him the money to start a draft to obtain those troops via a draft.

He couldn't get us into a war with Iraq, and we dismantled their military. I would say no war with Iran.

we crushed Iraq's military its just rebuilding and yeah sure for 6months till congress has to vote for it and numbers don't even matter technology wins wars not numbers it has changed

I think he has gotten a visit from senior Republican members of Congress (House and Senate) who told him (and Dick Cheney) not to, or face the wrath of Congress (impeachment).
