if u are in JROTC in high school and u stay in for four years and ur a high rank in it would u go in the milltary as an officer

No. You may enter as an E-2 instead of an E-1 but it has no bearing on whether you are enlisted or officer. In order to be an officer, you have to have a 4-year college degree.

You have to go through college ROTC to become an officer.

You will still have to enlist in the military if you want to join the military without going to college. JROTC doesn't do much for you except getting a scholarship to college. (besides gaining knowledge about military etc)

JROTC for 4 years got me e-2.

Best you can do is Private E-2............ Officers must attend the University level ROTC course...... OCS ......or the Military Academy.
You can get a direct commission if you have skills (doctor, lawyer etc)..... but I am guessing you do not qualify.

Mrsjvb..... There are severat ROTC programs.....not all of them are four years

im in jrotc, I dont plan on being an officer. I wanna serve my country and do something good. but I also wanna have a life of my own.

no. you must have a four year COLLEGE degree to be eligible for a Commission.
