If you trace the history & see where it was STOLEN from then maybe you may be able to see once it was remixed by Constantine when the Council of Nicea decided to make a lie the truth to the masses(once again you have to go back to find the truth-it was a death sentence to carry a Bible at that time til they finished changing it around to make all of those that get one 4 free believe that the book was written by the most high). The story of Jesus is the stolen story of horus. All those pagan holi-daze they got folk celebrating have meaning only on a astrological level(which btw the christian churches work arduously brainwashing the patrons telling them that astology is evil). So peep it, Hitler came up with this phrase: The bigger the lie, the more people will believe

i don't think it has anything to do with how popular it is... whether there are a million magazines, radio stations, stores, speakers etc. there could be that much popularity among other religions, instead, but that wouldn't change which religion is true or not. christianity is just the largest religion in the US... and in some places, christianity is completely unheard of. it's popularity isn't what makes it true... what makes something true is what is really behind it... i don't claim to be a christian b/c of it's popularity or its unpopularity... i claim it b/c of my personal beliefs...

Chrisitans tend to be some of the most prosperous people, at least here in the US. In many or most other countries Chrisitanity is not the prevelant religion and doen't get as much press.

another god before me......God is all knowing. he knew that people would create other god's. even the t.v. or the casino could become a god. God says that meaning PUT NOTHING BEFORE ME.

you are right though Christianity luckily is being spread around well. we just need to pray that this continues and gets larger and larger

please do not turn to this place to get info. you must only read your Bible, it is the only thing that contains ALL the answers. people will look so deep into it and try to put logic into it. we are merely human. If God wanted us to understand everything, we would. He wants us to freely choose him.

these people are so set in there ways, just leave them be and pray for their eyes and hearts to be open.

Christianity is not a religion. it is a relationship with Christ. It is THE ONLY WAY!!

Listen to K-love, go to a non-denominational Church, join a small Bible study group, fellowship with other believers.

Good luck to you!

Though it's great to see so much interest in Christ, the things you mention aren't really part of Christianity.

Whether you are at work, driving in your car, or just hanging out, your relationship must be real, but it's also personal.

There are many flavors of the month, being a true Christian, is not one of them.

But I suppose it is a positive sign when Christianity is popular.

God Bless!

Truth has nothing whatever to do with popularity. People used to believe in something called phlogiston, until it was shown that the theory could not be correct. Scientists used to beleve that Newtonian mechanics was the correct model for the universe, until Michelson and Morley showed that at high speeds the model did not work and Einstein came up with a better one.

Because Chrisitanity was invented to control the masses. What better way is there then to flood the environment with enough propaganda to make believers out of the weak minded. Giving them enough to make them believe that Christianity is the one true religion. If you read your bible......the bible recognizes in several sections that there are other gods. In fact I believe that the 10 commandments state that "Thou shalt not take another God before me"...that in itself is PROOF that there are other Gods....hence other religions.

Listen don't mistake things Christianity is not about us or about anyone in particular. What I'm trying to tell you is that Christianity is not about religion but rather about your relationship with God, that's what we always teach and promote. But to answer your question the reason is because He is with us in everything that we do and He will never leave us by ourselves, so He provides for us, specially when we lack the resources in everything.

It's all in TIMING dear heart. If you'd been around 2000 years ago living in Athens you would be making the same stellar point and "proving" that the goddess Athena was true.

Some times popular things aren't true things. Like that time when "just everybody" knew the earth was flat. Or the sun went around the earth.

Based on your insight, McDonalds is the most popular resteraunt because it is the best. Wakey up.

Because the majority of the population is composed of Christians (in the U.S.) Just head over to Syria and see what kind of Christian propaganda you see over there.

Remember, the popularity of a belief has no bearing on whether it's true or not.
