I believe smuckers makes natural and organic peanut butters that aren't too bad as far as peanut butter goes. They can be either chunky, creamy, no salt added creamy, and reduced fat.

Look on contents label for nuts only with no preservatives.
You have to keep it in the frig, which makes it hard to spread.
Or you'l need to stir it to keep the oil from settling out.
But some brands are full of icing sugar!
