Now that people have access to knowledge, not in numbers as large as Christianity. But then again, the Bush Administration is going to cause WW3. We're going back to sticks and stones.

Create a god and start believing you're better than everyone else... that is a good start.
Then you need to write a complete doctrine on how you, as part of the religion, can be better than everyone else.
Then you need to write some stories about how the prophets and deities of your religion came to know what they knew and did what they did.
Then you need to go into a orphanage and sposor a brainwashing for food campaign and really force your doctrine into their heads... and the message will be spread...
Hey, if it worked for scientology, it can work for anyone...

No - and the Bible isn't one book about one thing. Rather, it's a collection of books written by different people, speaking different languages in different geographical areas over thousands of years. It took thousands of years for the Christian religion to form, so my guess is that you are out of luck. It probably isn't too late to start a cult, however. May I suggest the Cult of Skaro?

What you do, is become a hero, get some people to write a book after you (but pay them off to make you look really good), then wait a few thousand years for it to get good and jumbled, and people are bound to worship it eventually.

You are a little late.
If you wrote such book about 1500 years ago, you'd have got billions.
But now you can start something like Scientology, it'll work, few hundred people will follow you.

You could claim you saw some "golden plates", or you could shove your face in a hat and claim you saw visions in the rocks you placed there. After all, Joseph Smith did that when he started Mormonism.
Good luck with it!

You have to start small and register your religion with the gov't for taxation purposes. Then sell video saying what you think usually disguise the real message with something to suck people in. It's all marketing.
In Australia, you'd get millions in gov't funding to help the unemployed (yourself).

Try calling everybody who doesn't agree with you deluded and write a book full of weak *** arguments explaining why this is the case. You could probably get a few Atheists to worship you.

Any smart person wouldn't follow you.people are in search of the truth.do you really think some religion started today or a little later would work?God's truth is already out there you can't even begin to compare to something that's been around looooooong before us.
