Christ will come with the rising of the Sun. There will be angels blowing trumpets, people singing, the whole shebang. lol. He will be clothed in red. There are a lot more sings and stuff, but the main point: there will be no mistaking Him when He comes back.

LOL@ Nolte

There will be holes in his hands and in his feet from the nailing to the cross.

He will still have some thorns in his head.

His body will be black and blue from the beatings and he will smell of blood and sweat and urine and faeces and the spit of 200 soldiers.

He should come in a wheelchair because his both legs were broken for the hanging and that is if the resurrection is not like the one described in the Gospels because the Gospels give you a one-man resurrection with the scars of a supposed crucifixion.

In the real crucifixion only bones are left for burial.

There will have to be two of him because they were both identified as JESUS KING OF THE JEWS according to the inscription on each cross.

He will be able to tell you that his correct name was not Jesus and he will curse Jerusalem and its inhabitants for calling for the crucifixion of the innocent man on that day when they should have been celebrating the Passover and preparing for the Sabbath.

He will probably know that the Christ was set free by the Romans.

AMEN!

Well Bettie, since I'm one of those Christians that does not believe in the Trinity nor the Rapture, I don't think he is coming. I don't call myself a Christian because I believe that Jesus was or is the son of God, I call myself Christian because I believe in his teachings of tolerance and love. It's so hard to live by his teachings these days. I bet you can probably guess that I get beat up by traditional Christians often over this. Only if they would follow his teaching too, we would not have as many problems as we do. But if he is the son of God, and he does come back, I believe that he will let us know who he is and there will be no doubt. We've had two thousand years of doubt, lies, and fighting amoung the churchs. He will end all that for once and for all.

The Bible talks about false prophets and anti-Christs before the AntiChrist takes power, so there is the possibility that some church-goers who think they are sincere Christians will be deceived. That's one of the most disturbing things about to me about the Joel Osteens and mega-church spiritual leaders---I have my doubts about their sincerity and either feel like they are misguided pawns of the devil and don't know it or they are out and out evil false prophets.

But when Jesus comes back, there won't be any doubt. If He raptures out the Christians prior to the Tribulation, as my faith teaches and I believe, it won't be so much us know it's Him, but Him knowing His own and snatching us up "in the twinkling of an eye" as the Bible says, and there will be no time for doubt or fear or any of that.

It would be interesting for those left behind to see what the world comes up with as the reason why all the Christians have disappeared, but the Bible says that everyone will be deceived and believe whatever lie is spread about it.

If I am mistaken about the sequence of events, and we Christians must endure at least part of the Tribulation, even so there will be no doubt about who Jesus is when He returns triumphant at the end of time in judgment and victory to overcome Satan. The Bible says that in an instant everyone will see Him all at once and "every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that He is Lord". Even those who don't believe in Him or accept His rule will be forced to acknowledge His power.

Read the book of Daniel and Revelation if you are really interested in trying to figure it out. I pray that you will accept Christ before it is too late.

LMAO! Good Question!

I fear that if he did come in 'like a Lamb' he'd end up locked away in some Mental Ward....wrapped up in a straight jacket and high on tranquilizers and anti-psychotic drugs. ;) He'd probably spend most of his time playing Crazy 8's and chatting in Group.

Of course, according to the Bible, there will be no mistaking his second coming. I can see why, I wouldn't risk being subtle if I were him. We're all so darn skeptical nowadays, If he wasn't blatently obvious, I'd fear my first answer would be pretty accurate.

Revelation 1:7
"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."

Many will follow others Christs and there will be many false teachers and false prophets before Jesus Christs return but when He returns everyone will see Him and will know who He is

there'll continually be people who use the observe "Christian" in a everyday experience. it must be an innovations-set approximately existence or the way others could desire to be dealt with and frequently refers to maximum appropriate a "good" existence. Their theory has no longer something to do with underlying concepts of God's plan of salvation with the aid of Jesus. they could have heard the plan yet have rejected it as certainty. it ought to honestly sound good to 3 non-Christians by means of fact they could proceed to have faith in the theory that their good works will outweigh their shortcomings in the top. It satisfies their ought to believe only in themselves fairly than coming to the expertise that faith is going previous self and saving faith is discovered only in Jesus Christ.
