The 1600m in 8th grade during the state championships. I finished it in about 6:03, while my best friend my age finished in about 5:10 or sumthin fast like that. I look back now and laugh because I was so slow then. I now beat my very talented friend all the time in the mile and 2-mile, having brought my time down to 4:38.
I live for competition.

I never did run in school, but I was one of the divers on the swim team. I always enjoyed the competition with the other divers, but our team won the city championship.
