The LCD viewfinder is out of focus, even though the camera is set to autofocus. The pictures I take are also out of focus. Do I have a setting that is incorrect?

Unfortunately, The KODAK® EasyShare™ C300 Is A FIXED FOCUS Camera That Means The Camera's Aperture And Focus Are 'SET' And Don't Change. The Exposure Is Automatically Controlled By Adjusting The Shutter And ISO (Sensitivity). This Gives The Camera A Tremendous Advantage In Terms Of Speed And Sharpness Since There's No 'Lag-Time' While Camera 'Focuses' And Adjusts Aperture. It Also Conserves Battery Power. However, If Your Pictures Are Out Of Focus You May Have The Camera 'Set' Wrong Try The "FULL AUTO" Setting (Camera Icon) Set The Camera On A Flat FIXED Surface And Use The Self Timer Setting If The Pictures Are Still Blurred, The Camera Is Faulty.
