-19 C = -2 F / -35 C = -31 F
Also, he won't wear the boots...

Yes, dress that little beagle boy in a coat or heavy sweater. I put my beagle in a coat when it goes under 25 degrees F. . Beagle's natural coat is water-resistant, but not that thick...so bundle him up ,for sure! If he will keep little "boots" on..do that too!

My son's got a beagle and they do a lot of walking year round. We live with really cold winters too and if your walks are any length, he's going to need a coat. My son found that he and his beagle can stay out for quite a long time if he's got his boots on - otherwise his feet can't take that kind of extreme cold for more than a few minutes.

If the beagle is a pampered interior puppy then to place a sprint coat on for cuteness sake ok yet whilst exterior canine(hopefully has a advantageous heat safeguard canine residing house) then no longer sensible for can not save the coat on the canine for extremely long -his fur has to have air, to maintain a coat on will ward off that and could, might reason a severe pores and skin disease esp a fungus that's confusing to do away with.canine have a undercoat next to their pores and skin(no longer comparable to ideal coat which you notice) which has very dense hairs and keeps them secure for chilly, warmth and so on -if no longer severe. In very chilly climate a canine desires safeguard greater beneficial than anyhing-to have risk-free practices from the chilly. whether ought to positioned on coat nevertheless paws and so on uncovered.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to give him a coat for cold walks. I'm sure he would appreciate it.

We do that when our fluffy dog is shaved, and it's fine. Make sure you get a dog one, not a random human one, that it fits and the dog still walks normally and it doesn't restrict movement too much.

-19C/-2F and -35C/-31F.

I would think you would need a coat and booties for the dog, especially if you stay out for a bit.
