i wanted to lose 5 lbs, and this website told me to eat only 1260 calories a day and then get 60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, i lost the weight but now if i eat a full mean i feel so discustingly full.

the diet you're eating is healthy for weight loss, although 1200 calories is the minimum amount you should be eating, never go under it, it will put your body into starvation mode and have you store fat rather than burn it. 60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week is wonderful! you're doing well! but if you want to stop with this habbit, you should probably up your calories to 1500 but continue with exercise. this is healthy as well! good luck!

Your stomach has shrunk. Your body can't handle a large meal now. Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables along with your 1260 calories and take a multi-vitamin. The problem with a diet is it is merely based on calories and not nutrition.

you're probably already underweight. just eat healthy and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. watch your portions. just eat til you're satisfied. don't eat it just because it's on your plate.
