To lose that much in that amount of time you Will need to discipline yourself.
Stop eating snack foods and fried foods (none)
Eat a lot of salad with not much dressing. Try lots of vegetables like broccoli, squash, frozen peas, cabbage cauliflower, etc. Eat lean meat. Don't eat pasta, rice, bread or crackers, If you must eat bread, go for the whole grain version and go easy. Stick with berries and granny Smith apples for fruit. They don't have as much sugar as other fruits. Yoplait light yogurt is good for a snack
Drink v-8 as a snack, or laughing cow light cheese on celery is good, too.
If you want a good ice cream snack try blue bunny sugar free fudgsicles or sugar free ice cream bars. They are really good and don't have a lot of sugar to mess up your metabolism. Only 1 per day though.
The basic thing is to eat healthy and get enough calories to keep your brain functioning but lose weight.
You will have to get your parents on board with this diet or it will be hard for you being 15.
If they are really on board , have them buy the South Beach diet book(the first one) and follow the 3 phase plan. It is healthy and nutritious and has a lot of variety.

I just joined weight watchers, and I've lost about 6 lbs in less than 3 weeks. You don't really have to pay the money to do it though. If you eat roughly 1200 calories a day, less fat, and more fiber it will be pretty much the same thing. Cardio like running, biking, and swimming will also help. You have to keep up with it though or it won't help. Good luck!

Try to eat mainly fresh fruit and vegetables. Run or exercise 45 min. a day. I am 5 ft 5 and 135 pounds. So even shoot for 20-30 pounds.

do not do low cal, with the holiday journeys coming you do not want to count type energy in case you could. maximum dinners are selfmade-perplexing to count type thoses. Losts of lean meats and greens w/ ingredient starch ( small parts). get rid of all sodas and fattening goodies. I drink tea w/ honey and warm lemon water. Its healthful, filling, and does not pass away me yearning for greater sugar. consume 3x an afternoon, make breakfast the biggest meal and dinner the smallest. exercising, yet do a cardio first and make it something you get excitement from- that way you will not get discouraged, yet excited.

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. I'm sure you can do it.

other than watching what you eat, you need to exercise often and very regularly. don't miss days because you will not obtain your goals. lower your calorie intake and have your parents help you. don't get down when its harder to lose wait later on, you have to keep going even when results don't come as fast as you think they should, good luck
