I messed today up I know.
Age:20
My height is 5'10
My weight...: ( 185

I live in Florida and its 5:27pm
And am drinking loads of water....ok three cups so far because I want to eat out of habit.

What sort of exercises can I do right now to burn 500 calories now?

go for a walk before it gets dark. you didn't eat too many calories. don't beat yourself up about it.

well ur sposed to eat 2000 calories daily... eating a huge amount under that is not going to gain u any weight and if you try to burn a medium amount of calories, then ur gonna be all burned out and it could be unhealthy....

1 hour of cardio such as dancing will burn about 350 calories. for those last calories, you could run for a half hour or jog for 2 miles. it really works great!

if u have bike ride a bike for two hr u will burn 300 cal.

have a light dinner (or no dinner). And go to the gym and do 2 hrs of the uliptical.
