My husband. We have been married for decades and mean to stay married but we have not actually slept in the same bed for years! when we were last on holiday, visiting family friends in South Africa, our hostess naturally gave us just the one bed..my legs were covered with bruises after the first few nights and I wasn't getting a whole lot of sleep thanks to my husbands hourly unconscious treks across the entire surface of the mattress and his habit of kicking anything in the way out of it!

Yes--I have it, my sister has it, and even my mom has it happen every once in a while. It gets on my nerves when people say it isn't real.....just because they've never heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist :p

The best way I can think of to describe it is like when you've been on a car/plane trip for a really long time sitting in the same spot, and you desperately want to walk around and stretch your legs. It's like that but a little worse.

Luckily it doesn't happen to me very much, only sometimes when I'm really tired.

I have it. I strongly suggest the all natural "Melatonin." I take a 5 mg. before going to bed, or if I am having RLS. Melatonin comes in 3 and 5 mg. It's safe and works! I buy the cheapest brand (store brand) and they all work the same.

My sister does. She takes the medicine for it and I make fun of her for having intense gambling and sexual urges because that is what the commercial says, lol. She can't lay still at night and kicks her legs continuously. I think if she got more exercise it wouldn't be so aggravated.
