Besides ebay, craigslist, or any other bidding site, can anyone suggest any ideas. Or know who wants to take over $142 monthly payments.

Ummmm.........are you selling your fiance's ring off her finger?
Or did you guys break up?
I dont know what to suggest. If you are still together I think you should do what ever you can so she keeps the ring. Get another job if you have to.
If you guys are not together, advertise it. Put photos up in bridal stores or advertise it in the newspaper.
A pawn shop will only give you a fraction of the price. you should try ebay but set a reserve price. You never know, it might get to what you need to pay off the ring.
Honestly, there is a lesson here to be learned. Dont go into debt for a ring. Save up and buy one next time.
Good luck to you.

Most places have a 30 day return policy. Try taking it back to the jeweler and telling them your ex-girlfriend said no. Or call them first. Might just be a 30 day trade-in policy. Definitely depends on the store. If you've already proposed, better take a second job!

Sell it for what you can then give the rest up. I think you'll get the majority of it back.

Try an estate jeweler who specializes in fine jewelry. I've had two friends sell their r-rings this way and it worked beautifully for both.

yep, find a way to hold on to it, eat ramen, get a night job. diamond rings are impossible to sell without taking a major loss, fear of bad karma, that kind of thing

You're not going to find anyone to take over the payments. That's too complicated. I would suggest a pawn shop.

If you're still together, suck it up, dude - sorry.
We ALWAYS tell guys on this site just to buy what they can comfortably afford, to not buy on credit.
Get yourself another job!
