Send her to the movies with a few friends..... Then have them met you at a restaurant, or pizza parlor where everyone else waiting to surprise her!

Well, to start invite all her friends over and go "Surprise!" and whatever. Then I'd play all of her favorite music on a stereo in the background. Maybe you could find some games to play? (Kareoke or Dancing?). Maybe you could get her something for her birthday that she could use during the party? Also, make a powerpoint with funny pics of her? And maybe rent some cool stuff out to use (ex: dunk booth, chocolate fountain, golf/country club to throw party in?). Well, hope something I said helped trigger an idea. Well, good luck!

Hm. I'd rent a room at the hotel. So you can go there to feed and have the baby in the quiet if she needs to sleep. And after the party you and your daughter can just sleep there instead of packing the little one into the car.

boombox, music all the way, lots of snacks (they tend to party hearty), a lot of space, magz, and possibly a place with a pool. Now, ur good to go. Remember this is ur elite speaking.

When I turned 13 years old, my mom blindfolded me and led me out into the yard where all of my friends hit me with pies. 50 pies or so. It was awesome.
