A 4.0 GPA and an ACT greater than 30 would be more apropros. There are no automatic scholarships. Scholarships are hard to come by.

You can contact your State higher education agency several ways.

They offer State aid, Not Federal.

There are four types of aid:loans grants scholarships and workstudy.

State agencies ususally offer grants and scholarships.
