Hello and peace to you my sister, in light of your question yes and the reason i say that is i use to smoke my self. it is real the stress you put on the body by smoking. And what i mean is when you smoke your putting chemical in your body from smoking and your body is try to reject what you are putting into it and you cause your body to work harder rejecting and it is stressful on the body which in turn your wearing your body and the inside of your body down and out.plus the chemicals that come from smoking helps in ageing the body faster.and people allways say i look older, not just that but look at a person who has been smoking for years and ask how old they are and you will not belive it.But truely smoking is very stressful on the body and your lungs!!! i hope this help you, Later my friend.

yes it does age you. you get wrinkle lines around the mouth, caused by drawing on a cigarettes. you skin changes in color. most people don't realize it but i had a friend that was very fair complexioned and she smoked for many years, and it wasn't the sun that caused her skin to change because she didn't like getting in the sun. smokers hands become discolored also.

I know that it shortens the time you can use your lungs effectively, and that , in turn, is what supplies you air, and that is what keeps your body going...so...I wouldn't be at all surprised if breathing smoke day in and out, from your lungs, not even from a cigar or anything anymore, would slowly break down everything, from lack of clean air.

*Shrugs*
But that is me.
