It is excellent that you are working on your health. Keep it up.
You didn't mention some vital info: age, current weight, rate at which you have been putting on weight till now, diet till now.
In general, the older you are, beyond 20 or so, the more time you will need to give your body to react. If your weight was stable before your new life style, you should start to see results a little more quickly. However most people have to first deal with reversing the long and steady weight gain their bodies are used to. And your body will fight for its right to gain weight.
Unless you are really young, say under 22, expect some reactions like unexpected mood swings, skin Ph levels going out of whack causing breakouts, and food cravings all weird times of the day. Yo will need lots of motivation and patience to see this through.
I can't give a time frame without some of the vital info, but for sure you should expect a slowdown of weight gain, or perhaps even zero weight gain for a short period, then very slow weight loss for an extended period. For a 30yr old female with 30% body fat (common for someone overweight) this slow weight loss will last about 6-7 months unless extreme workouts and intense strength training is started.
The reasons for this are many, but the most important are the small calories burned during a workout, relative to daily consumption, plus when unfit, you are not able to work out as much as you think you can.
Focus on getting fit. This means strength training as well as cardio. This will build muscle. Don't panic, I am not talking body building, I just mean strengthening up your body, with muscle that looks good. This will boost your metabolism and then you will be burning more calories all the time, even when you aren't working out.
This will speed up the time it takes for the effects to start showing. But regardless of if you do or don't add strength training, keep at it and be patient for results. It does take time.
But the good news is that once you have achieved a level of fitness and your weight is normal, this works for you. You can take 2 weeks off for a vacation or something and your body won't change, because it is strong.
Hang in there, and do it because of how good it makes you feel. Endorphins rule!

My only statement to you is to keep going at it.
For any diet/workout to show results you have to give it time. You will reach a "plateau" in your weight loss and then the pounds will just begin to melt off you.
The typical time that this occurs is around the six month time frame. Remember, you are "rewiring" how you body reacts and processes food in order to lose the weight and keep it off.
I can almost guarantee that you will start seeing the results you want sometime in April.

I've been at it for almost a year and haven't gotten where I want to go, it takes lots of time. It doesn't look like your eating enough either.
try circuit training before you run to get your heart going longer and burn more fat.
Also remember to change up your workouts and weights, I know it's hard, stick with it.

You and me both! Here's a thought - by exercising so late, you're wasting the afterburn of the exercise. A good session raises your metabolic rate (some say as much as 300%) and increases calorie burning. If you exercise before going to bed, you don't get to capitalise on that.
