Probably Shin Splints. Um, for one, try stretching really well before you go running. Also, make sure you are running with your heel touching the ground with every step, in other words, don't run on your toes. Most of the time, that is the cause of shin splints. Make sure your whole foot goes down, not just the toes/upper portion of your foot. I know, I used to run, and until someone told me that I was plagued with Shin splints, but after I learned the right technique, they disappeared. Until they heal, I'd suggest you start walking, you'll know in about a week if they are healing because it will be easier to run. Good Luck!

Sounds like shin splints. They are very hard to get rid of. Try more stretching before and ice after. If they don't go away yuo may have to choose a new sport.

You're suffering shin splints...it's normal for any athletes but I would take it easy for a little bit. I had them before and they feel very uncomfortable, but slow it down a little bit until your muscles get used to running.

You're experiencing muscle cramps, I think. Try stretching for a few minutes before you begin your run.
