Drink a lot of liquid (gatorade is best) and try some Imodium. If that doesn't work QUICKLY, go to the doctors. You don't need to get dehydrated!

That could be a stomach flu, it's a virus that spreads between people and normally goes away in a couple of days. It can sometimes be fairly painful, you might even have to vomit.
But it is not dangerous.
If it stays that way, give it a few days. Eat even a bit if you can, and even if you can't eat try to drink. Drink something other than water as well, because diarrhoea makes you lose a lot of important minerals as well as liquid. This is VERY important. Drink.
However, I recommend you go and see a doctor:
- If the pain becomes absolutely unbearable. There is a small possibility that you have something worse than stomach flu. If you for example can't walk anymore because of the pain, then you should go and see a doctor.
- If you can't drink at all. Because if you can't drink, you can go into very bad condition in just a couple of days because you've lost so much liquid.
- If you get a very high fever, 40 C or more.
- If your condition lasts for more than 3 days without any sign of it getting better.
- If you see blood when you go to the toilet.
I hope you get well soon! Those things are very nasty and make you feel horrible... Also try to sleep whenever you can, because the more you are able to sleep, the more you will give your body time to fight off the virus.
ps. After reading the other answers... Yes food poisoning is a possibility too. It will go away more quickly than stomach flu.

This sounds in the first place like a serious gastro-intestinal infection. Throwing up or stomach ache and diarrhea are the typical symptoms of that. When not viral (but you can't tell) it can easily be cured with domperidom (against vomiting) and loperamide against diarrhea). If the gastric pain is not ok with that, see a doc and ask for ranitidine, omeprazole or something (stomach protector)(maybe to buy in a pharmacy without presciption in your country). Mostly a viral infection is self limiting, meaning it stops whatever you do after a few days.
If the infection is bacterial, often fever is associated, and the overall condition of the patient is worse than with a viral infection. I suggest you see a doc then.

You have a stomach bug. You'll have to just wait it out. Unless you stop going to the bathroom they can't give you anything for it b/c most of the time they are suppositories, especially if you are throwing up. Try to stay hydrated. If you get dehydrated, you'll be about 10 xs worse. Drink water, powerade, and pedialyte. Stay away from Gatorade. Lots of sugar. Try to have some saltines or plain soups too if you can keep it down.

Sounds like food poisoning. Just drink a LOT of water. Pedialite is good, too. Eat crackers.
If the liquid poop doesn't get solid in two days, then see a doctor. It will probably be fine tomorrow.

You may have a bug. Try to keep down some liquids because with all the bathroom activity (sorry) you can become dehydrated fast. Call the doctor if you don't feel better soon, it could also be food poisioning too.

You definitely need to go to the doctor. You might have some kind of virus or bacteria, especially if you are going to the bathroom a lot you might get dehydrated and that could be very dangerous.
Do not wait and go now.
Keep us posted in your medical condition, will you?
Good luck!
