Friends can shed insight sometimes, but, they usually don't have the training to diagnose. You sound conflicted and I recomend you find a therapist with whom to discuss your feelings. That can be scary, but, if you have the right "fit" with your therapist where there is growing trust on your part, many of your issues can be resolved. It is a way to grow and mature and accept yourself. A way to find some peace amidst all the conflict. You are not unusual. A lot of us have had to endure and grow through a lot of pain. That way lies wisom. I wish you well!

basically reading those solutions are going to furnish me a nightmare taking into consideration if those musicians shaped a band. Worst Vocalist: Chad Kroeger Worst Drummer: Meg White (regardless of the particular undeniable actuality that I do exactly like the White Stripes) Worst Bassist: Nikki Sixx Worst Guitarist: Herman Lee

Get in to see a therapist - psychologist, psychiatrist, etc. You need to discuss your past and work through it so that you can improve yourself now. Sounds more like PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). There are some medications that can help you also. See your doctor and get into to see a therapist. Good Luck....

No one on a website can diagnose you as "Mentally Ill". I am a Mental Health counselor and would never diagnose someone off of a blurb they post on a forum. So please ignore that answer.

Anyways, I agree that it sounds like that could be symptoms of PTSD. From what you said, it doesn't sound like Bi-Polar. Your friends may say that because a lot of people don't really understand Bi-Polar. I would suggest seeing a counselor.

There is medication for that too. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor. It is miserable to go through life like that. Get help now.

I see no reason based on your description to think you have bipolar. You are mentally ill though and should get that checked out by someone.
