I made peppermint bark (ingred: white & dark chocolate, whipping cream & peppermint candies) and want to mail it but am worried about food poisoning?

Most peppermint bark recipes don't call for cream, but I've seen a couple that do, and they always say to refrigerate it, so I wouldn't try mailing it. Why not make one of the kinds that don't use cream and don't need to be refrigerated?

If it is hard candy don't worry. But if it is soft candy then it will melt of course, but if u just want to keep it refrigerated then send the candy in dry ice that should do it.

IF you ship it like overnight, it should be fine...but if you just do ground shipping where it may take a couple days i would be worried that it will melt...Depending on how far and what the weather is like along the way to ship it, it may stay cool enough that it will be fine...
