I live in a small town, and a guy told me that he liked girls with their hair down than pulled back. I was just wondering if it was for everyone or just this person.

Depends on the man! But to be honest How do you Like your hair! Men or boys come and go. You are always there. So you should please your self.

Everyone has a different opinion on what they prefer. Leaving it down and styling it will make you look like you care about your appearance. Pulled back in a ponytail is the "I got out of bed and could not find the brush" look. Just look the way that makes you feel good.

I really like a girl with their hair down. When a girl has her hair pulled back it's almost like saying they're not trying or aren't interested in being noticed. It subconsciously tells guys not to approach them. A girl with her hair down seems to be putting forth an effort and subconsciously invites others to take notice. This is not to say that a girl can't look really good with her hair pulled back, but generally speaking...hair down is the best bet.

Every single guy on the planet likes women to wear their hair in exactly the same fashon. That has been proven time and time again in lab experiments.
Seriously, I like a nice neck. I like women with short hair or hair pulled back. If they dont have either of those I like long hair let down.
I prefer red heads but also like brunettes, blondes and baldies.
It's all good.

I don't think these little things should matter. If you want to go out with a girl based on whether her hair is pulled back or down then there's no hope.

Girls always think guys like their hair up in some fancy do. But the majority of men like the hair down.

I think most guys prefer it down although my bf also told me up in the centre (just the parted area being up and tied with a pin) is also very cute.
This generally most guys like it down but obviously all guys are not the same.
Down more flowy, up more practical and formal

well everyone has their own tastes, but i think it looks sexier when the hair is down. Because you can touch it and run ur fingers through and when its pulled back, its just nice to look at. also it depends on the structure of ur face

down= sexy
pulled back= pretty

It depends on which look suits you best.
Some girls look hot with their hair tied back but maybe those same girls will look terrible with it down whereas the opposite may be true for that girl's best friend.
My advice is to get yourself down to a decent hair salon and ask what they feel would best suit your features.

Down, oh yes. Wearing your hair up is so businesslike. Down is so much more relaxed, so feminine. All guys are different in their likes, but I think you will find most are like me- long hair cascading over the shoulders, Mmmm, mmm.
