Is it something that the widespread racism will allow.

I'm a dem who'd much rather vote for Obama than Hillary. But I've also lived in the south and rural America.

Will these people be just too freaked out by a black leader?

What are your thoughts.

heartfirst: I will point out that a number of muslim countries have already elected women leaders.

But then juntas supported by our government has arrested them, deposed them or otherwise nullified the elections.

Myanmar and Pakistan come to mind.

You need to stop thinking the Moslem world is anti woman. That's true of Moslem extremists... and I contend the US is not so advanced as other parts of the world.

America is not ready to elect a black President (even though Obama is about as black as the Pope). Something like 15% of people will refuse to vote for a black man (or woman) based solely upon the color of his/her skin. That is too big an obstacle for any candidate to overcome. And apparently, being a Mormon is even worse, so Romney should quit now while he's ahead.

We live in a ridiculous, bigoted society populated almost exclusively by idiots. My only comfort is that Europe is even more ridiculous and more bigoted...

very well. First dont comprise the different batman video clips villians except for Batman begins and The darkish KNight. The DIrector has already suggested this is the beggining of batmans occupation so the different video clips have not in any respect got here about so they could carry lower back any of those in previous video clips. This also ability no Robin or Batgirl (i imagine this is a strong problem in my opinion) Joker isn't lower back. One no one will ever correct ledger's performance which i although change into magnificent. ANd the director would not want anybody else to have the area. 2 Face didnt die. Gordon and Batman didn't want the individuals to work out Harvey as some thing undesirable so they suggested he died and Batman took credit for the murders. he's probable in Arkham or some thing. depending on the actual undeniable actuality that the director needs to make the characters as lifelike as available, i imagine riddler or catwoman alongside with 2-face. i do not comprehend the position i examine this yet i examine someplace that the third many times is the perfect batman action picture by ability of this director that may be a shame

#1 you own a Co and need a general manager to grow the business. one hand you have a guy that has been in the business for 16 years with track record of success someone with experience that can actually make your Co grow. then you have someone who has proven to be a good manager but has only done it for a few years, has still little experience and you feel it would be a gamble to hire him. Who do you go with?
#2 black or not whats the difference. Those who are racist would obviously not vote for the black guy. And if he gets elected then what can they do? The question remains, what kind of president will he be? for the nation, not the black community, the white females or the yellow kids ... but for the entire nation. Which gets you back to the first point i made?
Sorry Obama might be very presentable, very articulate, he may have tons of great ideas ... but unless he can prove me by years of successful experience that he actually can keep up, keep his promises and make the changes he so envisioned ... until then he will not get my vote ... regardless of the color of his skin.

This situation, of Americans casting their votes, based on color, creed, religion, residential region, etc., merely shows how immature a lot of the citizenry is.
Take it from an ol' man / vet :: Blood is red in all of us, a bullet hurts a 'non white' as much as the white, and if every one was skint, like a calf, we all look the same, under the skin !!!!
Now, male, female, white, black, brown, yellow, purple, pink, green, or poka dotted, the determining factor for your vote should be WHO IS THE BEST FOR THIS COUNTRY, AND TO HELL WITH EVERY OTHER SUPERFLUOUS REASONING'S !!!!!!
I would vote for a 'morphidite, of Black and Mexican parents, living in a Mississippi mountain cave, with only a 9th grade education' if that individual was the very best for this country and our future !!!!!!!!!

Hey, I live in the South. Was born here. Love it. And I don't care if we elect a black man president. I could care less. If he's the right person for the job, then he's the right person.

Electing Obama president because he's black...thats racism.

Barack Obama is a Black who could make history being a youthful leader. However, his inexperience had drawned him lower than Hillary Clinton.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know if Obama will likely win.

I think that what people are more concerned about is that we elect a man for president. That might sound bigotted, but you know it's true, especially since Muslim countries won't listen to a woman.
