If you heard that someone tells you you're a juinor, freshman, or senio, what does that mean and when you progress to 9th,10th grade and so on, what order does it go into?

Some people are juniors freshmen or seniors. what does that mean and what order does that go through?

Freshman-9th grade
Sophomore- 10th grade
Junior- 11th grade
senior- 12 grade

In American high schools, freshman = ninth grade, sophomore = tenth, junior = eleventh, and senior = twelfth. Usage varies from one system to another, so that in some places you'll hear classes designated by name and in some by number.
