Hi am 31 an i havent a clue about dating at this age really.. I've had relationships before but me an the girlfriend broke up about 2 years ago.. An i just ture myself into my work an had alot of commits to my family etc etc. An had to get a spine operation which left me laying up for a while.. An i just relised the other day what the hell am i doing i have being with anyone in nearly 2 years.. Now am nervious about going back on the dating seen.. I dont have a clue what its like now a days.. Any advice for me girls.. ??????????

i dont think the dating system changes ever... except like 50 years ago when there were a lot of social differences

Nothing's really changed in the last few years for people our age. It's still the same....there's nothing to be nervous about. Just use an honest, kind approach and everything should fall into place!
